​All the Details:​

1. For pick-up customers: your fresh flowers will be delivered to your desired pick-up location chosen at your initial checkout.  This delivery location must remain the same throughout your subscription.  Flowers will be delivered on Thursdays by 12pm and all locations are open until 6pm.  Your bouquet will be wrapped in floral paper and waiting for you in a bucket of water.  Please make plans to bring a container of your own for transport and to ensure the longest vase life.  

2. We are not responsible for your bouquets if they are not picked-up on your designated day.  If you forget to pick-up your blooms-they will be donated.  

3. For delivery customers: on your delivery day, your fresh flowers will be delivered to the provided address, at varying times each of the four Thursdays.  It is the responsibility of the recipient to be present to accept the flowers in person.  If however, there is no one available upon delivery, flowers will be left at the door.  The recipient should prepare for this possibility and ensure a vessel/container of water is available for the fresh flowers to be placed in. 

4. Weather plays the ultimate role in how plants respond to the seasons, therefore your bouquet cannot be guaranteed to include a particular variety.  Weather also solely determines when spring flowers bloom so we do not set a definite start date for this subscription.
